If causing lung cancer and contributing to heart disease was not enough, research has recently shown that smoking does damage to the outward appearance of the skin. A recent study shows smoking causes premature aging and wrinkling of the face.
Facial wrinkling also increases with the number of packs smoked (according to studies). Studies also show nicotine causes diminished blood flow in the skin and decreases tissue oxygenation. Just think about it….If a person smoke a pack a day that would be 20 cigarettes….a pack a day for one year would be 7,300 cigarettes…a person that smoked for ten years would have smoked 73,000 cigarettes….
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN SMOKING ????
